No Apointment letter, Gratuity and Bonus included in Offer letter,

This Vasai Based small manufacturing company is some what in the same Boat. #1 No Appointment Letter is provided to the employee. ??? #2 the Offer is discussed over phone which is Good but the offer letter given on joining day is included with Gratuity and Bonus in the Offer Letter. if you leave or forced to leave before a year Bonus and Gratuity is not paid. But is it a fair practice to include Gratuity and Bonus in offer letter. #3 Some rules are pinching to the newly joined top Management employees like No Mobile instrument to be used, reason being the manufacturing formula is copied ( while there are many ways if some one wants to copy but why will some one when you can hire an employee or a consultant to set up an Manufacturing industry) and in todays tech savie life employer wants to use the Android, but the cruel mindsets of slavery mentality cannot change itself. #3 Hold employee after office hour for stupid meeting and harassing attitude as office hour is expensive and paid and after office hour is employees personal time hence has no value. #4 Experience letter not given on the full and final settlement also salary slip not given . Even after handing over nicely and giving all data file and records. #5 They have Good formal practices to follow as per HR but doing wrong things is their own wish and power which no one should challenge. #6 Staff is paid well also Labour officer to be out of sites, labourers work for 12 hours paid for 8 hours why because snack and food is arranged, biometric machine for attendance by spending Rs.20,000 is kept for recording attendance??. but Overtime is calculated with the formula which gives peanuts. pollution area without mask and safety shoes is allowed anybody raise voice is out of employment. Can any one give Legal advise.
