Washim. 2) from 08/08/1994 Receiving the balance of the remaining wages, salary allowances and account of the provident fund, And 3) Setting up Junior Clerk on the basis of seniority Respected sir, Regarding the above topic, I request that, in the school of the above institution, I am a permanent employee working from 08.08.1994 on the peon post. In order to pay for the approval and acceptance of the legal account post about my peon post and pay wage allowance, the High Court bench Nagpur had ordered in this matter for periodical jurisdiction in Nagpur. But the Office of the concerned Education Department, the Zilla Parishad,Washim, the institution and the executive director and the principal of school, did not take action about the decision of the order of the High Court Bench of Nagpur courts, and so far no decision about us Not Taken . Now for this, I do not have enough resources to present the petition in the High Court, due to non-decision making decisions from the concerned Education Department, my time, money, physical, mental and family loss is happening. I am sure, from time to time, you will be fully supported to me for proper justice. Therefore, to present the application, you have to request that you be take action against wrong and injustice. Please take the decision on the insult of the high court order. Due to me being unemployed, the economic crisis has increased, so it is difficult to run, as a result, the final decision should be taken for hearing in this case or my complaint should be taken by the court service authority. My peon post was made on vacancy space post according to reference 4 and permission was given for this post from 12/07/2007 under petition no. 3787/06. From 12/07/2007 to session 2013, my job has been taken after five years of my service. Salary and allowances are not payable by the Government till date of appointment dated 08/08/94, such conditions were given for recognition of the post. But the first appointment and joining date 08/08/1994 is same should be paid for the same EC due to the previous salary. For this, I filed a case in High Court Nagpur, three to four times, despite the judgment, the Education Department did not take any action, which is the Condemn of Court. I used the Right to Information for this but he has deliberately misled me by trying to mislead. I have been fighting for my wages for the last 25 years but I have not got justice till now. I have suffered financial, mental, physical and family loss due to repeated visits to the court. Even after receiving the order from the High Court, Nagpur Division Bench Nagpur Education Department, Washim and Chief Instructor and Institution principal and related departments are not intentionally doing any proceeding, so I am frustrated and desperate.
