What legal action can i take?

I found a PG service through FB page Home search Ahmedabad chapter. When asked about rent details he said rent as 8.5k PM for Ac room and 7.5k PM for non ac room.. Before finalizing i met the owner to clarify all matter as my lunch amount was to be excluded from rent..i met him and found out that two sharing room is for 9.5k PM and he would be deducting 0.5k PM for lunch.. Which was not in my budget so i denied and gave my last price as 7k after excluding lunch..he denied and i went in search of new PG..then he gave me call saying he is ready to give me double sharing room in 7k but i need to discuss this with anyone..i was like fine and i gave him one month deposit as i was shifting from 1st dec and i finalized everything in November.. Before shifting i gave call to my owner Hiren saying i will shift from today he said sure..after shifting the other partner Sanju Ladha came and asked me for rent in cash so i said i will do bank transfer..later he told me to shift in another flat double sharing room at first i agreed but late the care taker told it doesn't have attached washroom so i denied..no he was like then shift to 4 sharing room..i said i won't.. He said that my room was already given and i have to shift anyhow else i hve to find new one..i said okk consider my one month deposit as rent and till then i will find new pg..he said he cannot wait as the girls are coming from 10th of ths month..i said fine shift me in 4 sharing room he said it is already given now..and there's no vacancy in it..so he gave me option of another pg with high rent and said if this is not ok for you on 14th you can take your luggage and move out..else pay rent and deposit to this owner i am not ready to shift there..he is not considering this and has given me 1 day time if i don't say yes he will kick me out of his PG..what action can i take against him? Pls suggest
