Cell phone towers in residential vicinity : Conflicting studies and outcomes

I would like to raise a query to this forum about Celll phone towers in the residential areas. I understand that there is no conclusive evidence linking human diseases to cellphone radiations. Parallely though, there have been independent studies that have in fact concluded that cell phone radiations are linked to human health conditions such as cancers and mental debilities. My question to this esteemed forum are : 1. What studies / institutes are considered by DoT / Honble courts of the country to decide the parameters governing installation and approvals of cellphone towers in residential areas. 2. What are the procedural guidelines set for regular audit of cellphone towers (interms of power density and flux) emiitted by such towers.? 3. In Delhi, is it mandatory to seek NOC from neighbors? 4. If yes, then what is the definition of "neighbor" for such approvals? 5. If I get a tower situated on roof top of my neighbor audited and readings noted independently over a period of say, few weeks / months, would it stand the test of trial in a court of law? 6. A few of my neighbors have been detected with Cancer in the past few years, does that mark an evidence that can prove the prevelance of this disease in the viciniity of a tower? 7. Lastly, are there some precedents where a cellphone tower has been ordered de-commissioned at the behest of the residents in the vicinity?
