Father died without a will

We are 2 sons and 2 daughters of my father who recently passed away without making a WILL. Myself and my brother have a commercial property (belongs to my father) and we are currently running individual business from there. We plan to buy the property and divide the shares with a mutual agreement. My brother has other plans and is threatening me that he approach the court to get a share more than what everybody decided (he is asking for more tan 50%) which legally he doesnt deserve. Unfortunately we dont have the adequate time to fight over this dispute since we are surrounded by some massive business loan and my brother is not. Secondly, my brother is asking to divide the property in two parts and let him sell his share and leave. (Once he leaves with his share, he definitely has plans to threaten our family again, ASK for more share from remaining portion). We at no point are ready to fight any objection/litigation, please let me know your suggestions on how to proceed in these circumstances). Its really urgent !!
