Not ready to serve notice period due to personal issue.

Due to unethical behavior from collegues I am ready to quit job with short notice like 2 weeks.since I am in probation period
Does my employer can go any legal action or nasscom blacklist?
Termination of contract s Non-Disclosure Agreement as stipulated by the company at the time of joining Either party can terminate this contract of employment without giving any reasons thereof subject to applicable clauses. 17. Period of Notice for termination of contract of employment by the Employee. You shall provide in writing minimum 60 days notice during the probation period or 90 days notice on confirmation to terminate this contract of employment. The Company may at its sole discretion relieve you from such date even before the expiry of the notice period by waiving the remainder of the notice period without any compensation or salary for such remainder of the notice period. 18. Period of Notice for termination of contract of employment by the company. Company shall provide in writing minimum 60 days notice during the probation period or 90 days notice on confirmation to terminate this contract of employment. However, company reserves the right to pay basic salary in lieu of the notice period and terminate the contract with immediate effect.
19. Recovery towards shortfall of period of notice. You are required to give minimum period of notice in writing as per Clause No 17 . However, the Company reserves the right to relieve you before the expiry of the notice period on payment or recovery, as the case may be, of proportionate basic salary towards shortfall of period of notice.
