, this is G. Singh, living in Indirapuram Ghaziabad, Actually one of my very close friend is Director with the company called MSA DEVELOPERSGroup, quite reputed builder. My friend, asked me to buy a flat in his coming project only after avail the Home loan. He promised me that appreciation would be mine and company would bear the loss after 18 months. They will take the flat back in 18 months periods. They also promised to give some percentage on total loan. Company will pay the emi for 18 months and after 18 months I have to return the flat, all mentioned and well written MoU signed by them on stamp paper. Finally they put my home loan application in four different banks by saying that they would able to get approve one of them and they would close rests off. They able to get amount from all four banks due to good connection in the banks as disclose earlier. They took three months to four months by saying that they will close but asked me to keep track on the emis so that emis amount would be credit on time. After 6 to 7 months, they stopped the emis and dragged this till 2 years. Now I became victim and accused as well. Pl suggests. Note: I’ve all the whats app chats with company director and employees too who involved in this till now.
