Forced resignation

Dear Sir, Recently I have releaved from my service on 19 Aug 2017, after completing three months notice period from my date of resignation. I was working since Nov 2007, through out my tenure my performance was very good and I have all records of performance reviewed by my superior for every quarter. Issue is recently our senior Business head got retaired in 2016.New person who was sitting in HO targetted all south old teams .My immediate boss also resigned due to harrasement and at last only left was myself.In the month of April our regional head called me and asked me to resign with in one week.Front of him I have agreed and but dint put my resignation letter and continued to work as bifore. I was working In one of south branch and HO at Mumbai.From second week of May our business head started to call me and asking for resignation.Even I have whatsapp conversation reminding for resignation.But I have never responded and keep on postponing .Then I have received one mail from same person marking copy to HR head saying that Iam unauthorized absent and caused financial damage to company.This is absolutely base less and I have replied with all evidence. After that he has started harassing through phone for immediate resignation and even conveyed message through another senior employee that will not be allowed inside the office and inform security to keep me out. Then I put my resignation letter on May 22 , completed my notice period on 19 Th August. Fact is they have tourched me taken resignation forcefully.I have all records of mails,hard copies of my performance rating from Nov 2007 to Till date.Even this finacial year also I got good rating from my reporting boss. Pls suggest me in this regards.
