Minor son property enjoyed by my brother

I bought 77 cent agri land in the vattathur village in 2004, due to my job in chennai i am not able to go for the register the deed, so arranged the registration in my minor(6.11.2002) son master sai prasad name through my father as guardian. 2) upto 2010-11 the land was cultivated by my father as joint family, in 2011-12 based on the temporary settlement myself cultivated sugarcane and used the profit for the benefit of my minor son. 3) from 2012-13 on wards my one of a brother n.baskar unlawfully occupied the land and cultivating without my permission and without passing the benefit to the minor, lease rent to my minor son . 3) due to my job in cheenai i am not taken harsh action and take the possession up to [deleted]) in 2015-16 due to my pressure we come to the temporary settlement , i cultivated paddy for one season but next season he (baskar) and my father they allocated substitute land in another area but they didn't allowed me cultivate it . 5) during 2016-17 also i insisted for the land, during the month of august 2017 my brother baskar come to my home in chennai and he is vacating the unlawfully occupied land and requested rs 50000 from me as loan for his family expenses with the witness of mr.mohan vattathur. i given the amount to have good relationship (avoid enmity). 6) i arranged for land for the paddy transplantation in his presents with the witness mohan and paid tractor charges 1200 during sep -oct 2017 but without informing me or permission he re occupied the land unlawfully and transplanted the paddy . 7) i have three brothers , i am not getting any benefit from the family property from 1996 on wards ( passed ca in may 1995), still the agri land around 10 acre are not partitioned brother no 1 n.baskar enjoying the land 3.20 acre brother no 2 n.ravi enjoying 4 acre and last brother enjoying 2.5 acre. no sisters i am paying around 3000 for my mother expenses from 2012 i spend around 65000 for my father medical exp
