What basis I can take a divorce

Sir I am resident of Mumbai in may my wife had gone for her delivery to her parents house after which she delivered a baby girl through c sectionwhich had some complications after a month my wife started blaming me for the complications and stopped picking up my calls or talking to me I was not allowed to visit my child in the mean time she would some times pick up my calls if I would constantly message her about my child medications five days back we had a tremoundous fight over phone in afternoon after me trying to call her continuously since I wanted to inquiry about her treatment in the evening I was called at my local police station where my wife and her family had complained that I was not visiting her and taking her care or paying her medical expenses for which I answered them that I was willing to do all this if they would answer my phone or would let me get involve for her further treatment as the police incharge asked them to cooperate for the same my wife told them she was not willing to stay with me any more this surprised even the police cop and he asked us to go to court so they moved out and no NC or complaint was noted for the same now I am really feed up of my wife and her family I want a divorce with an option to have visiting rights towards my child or co-parenting rights as I am not able to see my child please help for the needful
