Family partition

Sir/Ma'm I have my two uncles. & My father is expired when I was just only seven months old then after both of my uncles had been vexing my mother. When I was just 7-8 years old, they sold many plots in cities & village side also. They have sold my grandmother's jewellery & silver coins. Both of them wasted a lot money in vàrious businesses like rice mill & trucks etc. They have been keeping all the profits of farming for last 20-25years and they didn't give even 100rs to buy a sari ever. They had vexed my mother a lot due to this she is near to die. I don't have enough money to hospitalise her due to lack of money. And they are not ready to give anything to us. They have only given us the one third of farming fields. Otherwise they have not given us. My grand father was a police officer but my grand father & my grand mother is not anymore in this world. Is it not possible to claim on the properties which all are sold by them in past...? If there is any possibility to get my all belongingd then please guide me early as possible.
