Property suit before marriage

I was physically and mentally harassed by my father on regular basis since childhood. One night he beat me and I got injured seriously and he confined me. However I managed to inform my boyfriend next evening. He informed the police and police came to rescue me . I filed the complaint and gave the remark that I did not need any financial aid from them and I could live anywhere and didn't want them to interfere in my personal life in future. I got my medical examination done . Till now for 3 months my boyfriend has been supporting me financially but I am not living with him. Because he is with his family. Meanwhile my father filed a property case against me and my boyfriend but I had already written that I didn't want any financial assistance from my father. Also after 2 days of incident he published in newspaper that he had debarred me from all his movable and immovable property. But even after that he has filed a case. My question is that in this case can we do court marriage before appearing in the court or first we will have to fight this case and get free of these baseless charges then only will we able to do court marriage????
