Reagrding remuneration for extra work
Respected Sir/Madam
I want to know following information
1. Can a non teaching permanent central university employee ( Technical Assistant qualified UGC-NET and Having Master degree in relevant subject ) with the proper approval of honorable Vice chancellor teach a subject to the students in the same university.
2. Being an autonomous institution Honorable Vice chancellor approved Rs 500 per lecture in his favor. Sir can Honorable Vice chancellor do this.
3. Being a regular employee of central university can that employee draw additional remuneration for delivering lectures in addition to his salary?
4. If Earlier the university authorities had sanctioned and disburse remuneration to that employee with the approval of honorable Vice Chancellor can after six months the same authorities can recover the amount given to him for delivering lectures .
5. Being a technical assistant delivering lectures, setting paper, evaluating answer scripts does not come under his job profile Since he does extra duties with the approval of Honorable Vice Chancellor and the concerned Head of the Departments. Does he(Technical Assistant) is eligible to get compensation for extra work or not.
6. If that employee is eligible or not eligible to get compensation kindly provide the UGC regulations as per which his eligibility should be decided.
7. If there is no such UGC regulation Can Honorable Vice Chancellor of that Central University on his own took the decision to give him remuneration for delivering lectures in addition to his salary.
