Can I evict my tenants with only a FIR, they have not paid any rent from the past 8 years
Both my tenants are residing at my bungalow in lake gardens kolkata without paying any rents from the past 8 years. The biggest nuisance they are creating is they are getting physical with my family, they physically abuse me and my family. They always shout and threaten to cause harm to me and my family. We have filed many police complains with the local police station, but they are taking no actions against the abuse they have been causing to me and my family from the past eight years. Further more the police instantaneously reacts to any complaints filled by them. They always come to action with us and we have to lay many explanations, alibi and proof concerning our innocence. We are in a huge financial glitch and in no position to afford a lawyer and file a case with the court. Is there any way where I can file an FIR, with all the required documents and the police takes action against them. Our survival is becoming very difficult, keeping in mind the daily expenses that we have to bear because of the water and other maintenance charges we have to bear for their survival. Giving no water supply would be a criminal offence and whenever we give water supply they intentionally keep the water running so as we don't get any water and the pump keeps on running for a longer period of time. The water supply for the entire bungalow is through a common tank and they intentionally start filling up their drums and once full keep the water running. It is becoming extremely difficult with the regular shouting and abusive language they are using day and night. Both my tenants have children and are all very healthy. None are old and in no senses dependant on anyone or anything. No contract is there laid upon with both the tenants. One of the tenant the contract was with their company and the other one was with the husband of the widow. The first tenant was sacked from the company and the second tenant lost her husband. Please suggest immediate action
