After Purchase agreement - New claimant arise on property.

I brought a piece of property in pune, April 2017. During purchase process, have given newspaper notice for a period of month. After registeration done, got to know. There was a case of forgery documents done for this property.
Below is the details of case:
Original owner had purchased the property in 1992 (from whom I purchased it).
In 2006, POA for given to other person for sake of purchase after closure of loan where collateral was this property. But the person failed to clear the loan and honour the agreement of purchase.
In 2007, original owner sent the notice to POA obtain person for cancellation of POA and agreement deal to be cancelled.
In 2009, Original owner paid the bank loan and clear the titles again on their name
Just 15 Days, after the title was cleared from POA person transferred the property with 100 Stamp paper, as owner as well as Purchaser.
In 2011, Civil court ruled the case in the favour of original owner. Title papers were again restored to original owner. But the original owner, have put a case for 406 and 420 which is in progress in Session court.
In 2017, When I applied for 7/12 extract transfer, the person has given application in talathi office saying in he has filed a case in Bombay court, but have not given any proof and original owner has given an affidavit that no notice received in this case to talathi.
Do I need to take any action against the original owner for hiding the facts or actions to safeguard myself.
