Divorce

My wife tries to afraid me of suicide if I do not do whatever she says, also her family members say that if u do not follow whatever she says they will file dowry case against me. Whenever I want to go for job or want to go any where else she tries to afraid me by committing fake suicide. Since last ten days I have not gone anywhere and doing whatever I she says like serving her food, washing clothes etc. We have a baby as well she doesn't even care for her which is just 2.5 months old. She doesn't feed her on time, neither does she changes her clothes, she almost killed her while she was in the womb by not eating for almost 3 days, the healthy baby became unhealthy after that. I have proof of all this with me, like report of the baby while she was in the womb, even I have call recording of his family, I have also made video of day to day about how she doesn't eat even after begging in front of her for half and hour or more. I am totally in mental trauma. Please give me suggestions on the basis of which I can get divorce.
