Fake case

Hello sir, one of my friends who knew me well in Dubai and knows about my business loss has filed a Fake 506 section against me and included my father as A2 while he doesnt even know him as having borrowed money from him promising to invest in dubai business. he got somebody else to complain to escape his immigration issues also. they bribed police also and arrested my dad stating me as absconding. they timed the arrest so neatly that they picked him on thursday night and kept him waiting in PS for whole friday and then arrested him on friday evening. then didnt submit him to the court on monday. which was followed by tuesday, wednesday, thursday diwali holidays. without notice they took him to telangana and now have not even kept family informed about his whereabouts. i had to painstakingly find out by sending my friends to search almost all nearby station just to find out that he was in Sub jail and not in the picking police station. i have arranged for a lawyer to get bail but very afraid about this as we have no prior knowledge of court or police. i only wish friday work happens and my dad comes out. in the meanwhile, i wanted to know how i can fight this injustice and harassment to my father who is a senior citizen and was just recuperating from typhoid.
