Tvs pep+ disputes

Sir, i m mrs.selvi from chennai.
On 13th of september 2017, i purchased a new TVS Pep+ from ramkay tvs at adyar,,chennai by fully cash mode. I paid 52500/- to the dealer in a cash payment.
I bought this bike for my personal use for dropping and picking up my kids from the school and for my small, small daily home usage.
On 7th of october i noticed that peeling of paints on the review mirror and the body guard and legiible scratches on the body guard taken place. It is like a patch by patch. Till date,;i have been using about 220 km only. I got worried and asked the dealer over phone. They said at the time of first service ( after two months from the date of purchase) will do hiding that peeling which is on the body guard. On 9th of october when i went there for receiving my RC book,,i showed that vehicle to the technician of the dealer and he told me that can do at body guard and nothing to do on the review mirror.
I talked to that Area Sales Manager - service and Sales on 12th of october about the quality of the painting. Area office said that they are the chiefs for tamilnadu.
After my conference conversation with the both,,they had sent their technician and they added that he is an expert technician and he used to check about 3000 vehicles per month.
Yesterday 13th of october the technician visited my place and what he said was really shocking for me.
"There is a problem in the left breakage. <br>
Front wheel alignment is in error.
The forks of the front wheel got bend. Due to that oil is leakaging"
When I got the delivery of the bike, it was completed about 15 kms of driving. When i asked the dealer they said we went to RTO. Thats what it is running 15 kms.
Now,, TVS called me for discussion and said will inspect the vehicle again and discuss about it further.
My spouse advised me to go for honda activa. But myself taken a decision to buy from TVS as it is a reliable and known brand.
Now, I have an unhealthy situation becoz of this bike at my home. I have an aggressive pressure for the past 2 days.
As I am a female and in a family environment, it leads to non- hearing of my spouse words and taken a decision on my own in front of my family members.
Moreover,; it s a safety question whether is it ok for me and my kids when i am using this bike on road.
As i am not an automobile techinician, I am scared to use this vehicle everyday as this bike is having these much of problems within a month of time even after it complets all the safety procedures before coming for selling to the market.
Sir,,could u suggest me do I ask the TVS compay to replace with the new bike or refund my money,
If they refuse what do i do sir??
