Tenent right in case of more than 60 years old tenant

Hello Sir, Case details in short is as under My Self Hemant (from Vadodara, Gujarat, India) my grand father came to baroda when he is of 10 years since then he took house on rent as present i am of 43 years. House in which we are residing as tenant is not is used at present by us because in 2005 owner of house sold the house to builder and builder done agreement with us for giving new house in newly constructed scheme at the same place all thing is in righting on stamp paper. But some how no development is taken place. since after such agreement with builder we shifted to other house and from 2005 to till date we are residing in other house purchased by me. Now today i received notice from Vadodara Municipal Coporation (VMC) regarding removing (demolished) house due to its condition i need to reply in 10 days. Now Sir my question is if VMC demolished house then what is my right as a tenant. Please reply as soon as possible as it is very serious matter and urgent for me. Thanks Hemant
