Position on land

I Mallikarjun Yandigeri ( Karnataka)had purchased land 4 years ago from 6 sisters .The whole property of their divided between one brother and 6 sisters according to court procedure , final decree proceedings( FDP) six years ago . The brother sold his share of property to other person after 2 years by mentioning in the sale deed that “ I am selling my share of property, which is given by court to xyz and so on .. “ . And in chakbandi also he mentioned my name , saying “ beside Mallikarjun Yandigeri’s property “....As he s staying near the land he dint allow us to take position on land , so I asked court to give position on my land. The case is running since 4 years due to changes of judges n separation of court regions , now judge is going to give final decision n said he has no evidence from his side .. if court gives position den how should I take position on land legally ? Can he file case again to hold my position on land ? ...And he also filled case last 3 month back by saying “ without my knowledge sharing of property has done , pls give me the justice “ .. he filed case Regular Second Appeal in high court . After 5/6 years from court decree on sharing of property ...Does high court accept the case for further proceedings ? Till now I have not received any letter from high Court . ( high court case number RSA 100019 , year 2014 .. Dharwad branch , Karnataka )
