Termination

Dear Sirs / Madam, I was appointed as a principal in a school in january 2017and although my appointment letter stated 6 months of probation i was not given any extension of probation nor i was confirmed . the executive committee comprises of 15 members and on the decision of 10 member (majority) i got the termination letter today. I was asked for a explanatory letter in november and i replied it within 48 hrs. But no reply of that letter had come till last night.Till last wednesday 13.12.17 i kept on reminding about my joining via emails but no reply maid come .( I was verbally asked to resign and i was not getting the salary as per as the terms of my appointment letter. from january to september my salary was 55822/- and this was credited to my account but from october onwards i was treated with the condition of 180 days working. The termination letter that has come on mail is not having any name /signature of the Secretary. The place is blank but is on the letter head . they are ready to pay all my dues. My school is in Jamshedpur but I am from Kolkata What should I do now.
