Mis-selling of broadband services DEN Boomband Tina jolly

Dear Sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your company in my area.In your brochure you had mentioned that your company uses Robust (DOCSIS 3.0) technology that guarantees uninterrupted internet connection. However, this does not seem to be true.Since 01-OCT-2017 I have made Rs2751/- Plan Name - RUN_5MB_250_4M_2331_WIFI in cash to Mr. Shivam Shukla FCOE E. ID DENCJ2698 (copy attached) Mobile No [deleted] for DEN Broadband connection.Since then my connection has been pending.Kindly refund the money paid by me.This all started on 01-Oct-2017 after taking payment from me Shivam Shukla FCOE he assured me that your connection will activated tomorrow on 02-Oct-2017.But the reality is he deposited the cash on 03-oct-2017 for which I got a confirmation mail of the said amount. On 02-Oct-2017 he confirmed 03-oct-2017.On 03-Oct-2017 morning when contacted on his mobile no [deleted] my call got unanswered then I got a message from Shivam Shukla FCOE of your company stating "I m in hospital I m not well today" . Then after that I contacted Mr. Abhay Malik Team Leader (Code - 1253) Mobile no [deleted] as Shivam Shukla FCOE is unwell he assured me tomorrow 04-Oct-2017 morning definitely on priority basis the modem installation and activation will be done.On 04-Oct-2017 at 11am Mr.Abhay Malik Team Leader confirmed on mobile the technical team has been briefed of the priority and are on the way at your residence, but after waiting till 3:15pm I again called Mr.Abhay Malik (Team Leader) he made a conference call with the technical team they said we are in Rail Vihar locality after getting scolded from Mr.Abhay Malik (Team Leader) about the briefing & schedule given in the morning why the installation has not been one yet. At around 4:30pm the person from the installation side came and upon seeing the condition of the modem in loose without packing i requested him to bring a new unused modem he said this is how we get issued from the company basically he had 4 modem without any packing which he insisted me to choose from and all were DOCSIS 2.0.Paying your company Rs 2751/- and being deprived of at least good internet connection.On 03-Oct-2017 one of your neighbours recommenced me another ISP (leader in broadband & mobile services) and I got my new internet connection on 04-oct-2017 before 4 pm. I must applause and appreciate the efficiency and team work / coordination for the services rendered / given to me in calm and professional manner without making any noise and false statements. Also i would mention as a good well gesture from the company I got a two days observation time to use the connection which is running excellently.
