Get Electri City connection in my new building.

Sir, I am thankful to you if you are give some suggestion how I get electricity connection to my house where we stay after completion. This is purchase by me through Reg. sale deed A.0.06.2 links & in the East side of my land I purchase through Reg. sale deed A.0.03.1link in my small brother’s mane but my father was done the ROR in the past major settlement jointly because he(brother) cannot sale this property. One anther plot we purchase A.0.10 dec through Reg. sale deed on 1979 in the name of my brother & build a building over that plot. Now the ROR come after major settlement in my name only. On 2001 my father was done one family amicable partition among us home state land & 2004 he divided the agriculture land. Through the amicable partition I got a share ½ from the A.0.10 dec i.e. A.0.05 dec and A.0.6.2 link from the 2nd plot & my brother get A.0.03.1link. On 2004 & 2012 my brother & on 2012 my sister both are also sale their share property by the consent of all. Now my brother was lodge one case for again partition stating that I have purchase a land A.0.10 in my name in due course my brother is ½ share of the land symanstancely in 1st plot my share is ½ but my brother grave my property & build a building over that plot. Through this suit now one status co upon the land. So the NESCO cannot give the Electricity connection. Now what shall I do. And how I shall get the electricity connection on that plot Pl. advice.
