Employment contract
Currently I am working in a multistate cooperative bank in Rajasthan from past 4 year.
as the time of advertisement/notification on newspaper employer cannot provide full detail about job responsibility, terms of job, employment contract, yearly increment etc.
after clear exam , the personal interview they gave appointment letter according to this if you want joining make 5-year indemnity bond, Rs.10,000 as a security deposit, and lien Rs. 100,000 FD for five year , its about 71 % of CTC.but did now again they hide other condition job condition yearly leave policy, compensession, social benefits, promotion policy and and other job condition.
now after 4 year i want to resign due to unfavourable job condition that nothing support five year contract. how can i got my money and how to i get remedy. in past they forfeit many employee FD due to resignation before 5 year job completion.

now i want to know .......
1.can a bank have right to mark lien FD (Fixed deposit- which not transferable clearly write on face) and right to forfeit the same due to breach employment terms. ?
2. how can i go for remedy or get my Fd amount refund.?
3. how to i go for refund my fully fd amount with intrest.
