Regarding eviction of my mothers shop

Sir i am riyaz from tamilnadu my mother have the property in edappadi salem dt which have been rented for a shop late 25 years ago no agreement.further tenent filed case against us for increasing rent and also we asked trnant to vocate for the personal usuage in 1995. in sub court judgement made infavour of us and the teanant filed appeal in district municip court , there also we got judgement in favour of us teanant need to vocate the shop. we filed eviction petition on 2015. still we are waiting for order. this is my case in the meant ime my father who hadseen this case had died on sep 2016.so as a son ineed to take part in this case still judge in sankari court thilakeshwari is not giving ordertill now giving some excuses we also made appeal letter from high court stating to finish the case in 3 months. but that time period also elapsed on april 2017 itself. i need to disconnect the electricity which have been in the name of my father. is it legal. because i lost my father because of this case. still the case is not completed i cant tolerate it anymore. question : since two judgement is in favour of us small court and district municip court. only eviction petition has been appealed i need to give extrapressure forcing the tenant to voate my shop. can i dis connect the electricity of my father which is used by the tenant?
