Compensation matter

I have purchased a agricultural land from seller in year 2014 situated at Sultanpur, UP.But I have not done mutation in my name.In the year 2016 Some area of land was notified for acquisation by state government for Purvanchal expressway. Seller took the advantage of his name in revenu record and did a registered sale deed in favor of Purvanchal expressway on dated 2nd Dec 2016. When the matter came to my knowledge I made complaint to DM.After an enquiry Tahsildar put stay on payment of sale deed and registered a FIR against seller on 9 April 2017. Currently the land is mutated in my name on 10 Feb 2017.After that I am giving application after after to local official (DM)for compensation of said land but I am denied by officials Now I want know (1)How I can claim for compensation of land? (2)What will happen to the sale deed made by seller in favour of Purvanchal expressway? (3)Does i need to go for cancellation of that sale deed? (4)Can sub register or IG (registration )has power to cancel that fraud sale deed?
