Barring to attend office
Dear Vinod Joseph,
As per our discussion on the concern raised for misguiding and misleading the team and the management on Shift Scheduling. The expected deliverables was supposed to be done on time where the status has not been updated and kept on hold even after it was personally been asked by management twice or thrice.
While we understand the work was kept on hold with some internal discussion within the support team, which has been further carried by you as a decision for not informing unless and until the reminder or an email from HR comes in. In addition, you informed your team mates as well for not communicating on this until we receive any further query from management.
You being a senior it was your responsibility to bring on the things and inform this to the management which has not been done, despite the multiple reminders from management. We came to the conclusion that this was intentional of not apprising exact status to the management. This is very critical issue where it has been informed by the management that we have to start the shift arrangement on immediate basis.
Post our multiple discussion between you and management, where we were not convinced or couldn’t find right reason for the way this has been handled from your end. So we intent to inform you that you have been bared to attend office until further information or notice being send by HR department.

My Question: But my position in company is as an employee with designation Senior Software Support Executive, then how come I am responsible for preparing shift schedule for employee I am not a team leader or in any managerial position.
After asking apology this mail was sent to me by HR
Dear Vinod Joseph,
This is to inform you that we are accepting the apology from your end and you have to join office from 21st August 2017 on the regular time.
Please note, this is the final time we are considering it.
The duration from 10th August 2017 to 20th August 2017 where you were bared to attend the office will be considered as LOP(Loss of pay).

Please advise In written making shift is not coming under my roles and responsibility then why for this i was barred from office and there was an Loss of Pay (LOP) of mine for 10 Days.
