The property rental company refuses to return my security deposit

I have rented a property in Sushant lok, Gurgaon, on the 5th of September. The property is managed and rented out by a private company called Long Stay Homes Pvt. Ltd., and has 3 rooms with 2 girls each. When I moved in, I was only made to sign a log-in paper which had terms like House rules, provisions, etc. and I wasn't given a copy of it even when I asked. They said they'd give it to me with the agreement. In the last 2 weeks I have faced the biggest issues of my life so far in this house. There is acute water shortage, there are sparks in the electricity board in the middle of the night, and gas leaked. Most importantly the company has made different agreements with all tenants. I was asked to pay 2 months of security, the other girl negotiated so they let her pay just 1 month's security. They even rented a room to another girl for just 15 days on a hiked rent! I want to move out now and they refuse to refund my security money, saying there's a '3 month lock-in period' I was never informed about! I have never even received an agreement to sign, there's no legal document that says this where I have signed. How can I convince him to return my security money without creating a ruckus? He said, 'Jo marzi kar lo you can't move out before 3 months'. He has 20,000 bucks as security money that I cannot afford to lose! PLEASE HELP!
