How to claim of wrong distribution of property

Case is more comlicated. My Grandfather is 115 yrs old and my Grandmother died in 96yrs or 103yrs ( not confirm). They have four sons(live) and one daughter(no more).First son(A) has two sons and one daughter. Second son(B) has two sons(I am one of them) and two daughter.Third son(C) has two sons and one daughter and Fourth and last son(D) has only two sons. All sons are married and their children are also all married except me(means son of 2nd son(B) of my grandfather) and all are allive.We have our property at my village Bihar. Some of the properties are on the name on Grandfather.Some of the properties got transferred on the name of their son bcoz of they thought all properties on the name of Grandfather is not safe but haven't disclosed yet even to their child that on whose name it is transferred or how many properties are there. Now my father(2nd son(B)) move to Delhi for their job. He increased their knowledge and made their contacts in Delhi.Behind him last son(D) came to Delhi and because he was not so educated he wanted to open business in Delhi. My father(B) helped him(D) by his knowledge and contacts and got some money from their father and they both started their business together. Son(A) was started taking care of village property and doing agriculture. Son(B) and Son (D) started doing business in Delhi together. Son(C) was doing his govt job in westbengal.Son(D) was very very dominating by his nature. He always ruled his family and everyone's family and mostly on their father and brothers. My father and unlce(D) bought first property by asking some money from his father(Grandfather) on Grandfather's name only. Rest properties in Delhi uncle(D) took on his wife's name, one on my father's name and rest on other's name but never given the propert's paper to any of them. Now at this time when family disputes are there and time came to do the distribution of property he took 45% of the properties to himself and given 40% to the eldest brother to get support from his side and 7.5% to my father(B) and 7.5% to third son(C) by just saying that they have not contributed much in the family progress and they have got as much they have contributed. And my father(B) and third uncle(C) are not raising his voice against him because they don't want to fight with him and they are also not of that nature. They are like Gandhi Ji, they can loose their hard earn money but will not get involve in disputes and my father is also trying to convince me not to raise voice and do my job only. But I want that the total property should be divided into equal parts.See points are they are not distributing the property in equal parts.They ave not given complete information about property. He has kept all papers in his hand(son D).Please suggest me how to claim and who can claim. And if already they have done distribution internally and most of us are not satisfied then what are the essential and right step to take.
