Validity of rental agreement

Hi, I'm a tenant. In my rent agreement I have below points. 1. The rent is for a period of 11 months effective from {date}. 2. The tenant has to pay Rs.10,000/- as rent before 10th of each English calendar month. The rent will be increased every 11 months at 5%. ....... 7. Either party shall give 3 months advance notice for vacating the house premises if agreed upon mutually. There is no other mention about expiry/validity of the agreement. Rental agreement is printed on Rs.200 e-stamp paper in May 2015. There is no separate registration of the same. As I understand, the point#1 above talks about rent amount and not the agreement itself. Point#2 provides more clarity with a clause on 5% rent hike after 11 months - which I have complied with. House owner and I have no issues with this existing agreement and are happy with this. So, will my rental agreement be considered valid now (Sep 2017), i.e. after two years? Question is because, my employer asked for renewed rental agreement with rent receipts. I have highlighted above points and waiting for response. Thanks in advance.
