Cheque bounce

Good morning sir, one of my friend who was in a very critical financial conditions in 2013, I have kept my bike at a pawn broker and given an amount of 35000 Inr on an interest rate of 5% from the pawn broker. My bike was BAJAJ pulsar 150 cc. 2010 model which costs around 80000 inr onroad price. He agreed to pay it within 2 months so that I can get my bike back. But he cheated me and fly over to abroad and I lost complete communication as I trusted him very much that's the reason I didn't even had agreement r do I take any witnesses. Now in 2016 December I caught him red handedly in my city Hyderabad and he agreed to pay an amount of 70000. At that time he gave a cheque of his wife of an amount of 35000 inr and written an agreement of another 35000 will be payed after 1 month I.e., in January 2017. the cheque was bounced. When I tried to contact him his mobile was switched off. I lost almost 2 lacs in debts in this case. I don't even have single rupee now to book a case on him as advocates r charging 2000 to 3000 as fee for booking a case. As I'm a student i don't have enough financial sources I can't pay such a small amount also. Please let me know if any other way is their r what should I do now??
