Pay scale

Respected Sir/Madam, I requested the respectable/intellectual Advocates please afford your valuable time and clarify 1) That, I was selected to the post of Foreman class-II by the H.P. Public Service commission Shimla-2 against advertisement no. III/2012 dated 1st September,2012, item No. XII (C) Department of Industries, HP (In HP General Industries Corporation Limited Country Liquor Bottling Plant Mehatpur, Distt. Una H.P.) in the pay scale of Rs [deleted] + Rs 3600/- G.P. with essential qualifications as Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with three years experience. (Copy enclosed) 2) That in pursuance of the said recommendation by the HP Public Service Commission, Shimla-2, I was appointed to the Post of Foreman in Mehatpur, Distt. Una 4) That after my joining (i.e.03/05/2013) as Foreman, I have been granted the pay scale Rs [deleted] + Rs 3600/- G.P. 5) That the Government of Himachal Pradesh, department of Finance has re-revised the pay scale of the employees of the various departments, corporations and boards vide notification No. Fin(PR)-B(7)-64/2010 dated 27th September, 2012 vide which the pay scale of Foreman Grade-II has revised in the pay scale of (i) Rs.[deleted] + Rs.3200 (G.P.) Rs.13500 initial start as already existing. (ii) Rs.[deleted] + Rs.3600 (G.P.) after two of regular service w.e.f. 01/10/2012 and Foreman Grade-I Rs.[deleted]+Rs.3800 (G.P.) w.e.f. 01/10/2012. 6) That after competition of my two years of regular service as Foreman in the pay scale Rs.[deleted] + Rs.3600 (G.P.), I had also requested/represented for re-revision of my grade pay vide my application dated 27/05/2015 and 27/07/2015 respectively. Thereafter, I have received clarification regarding release of Grade Pay to the post of Foreman (Class-II) from Head office (HPGIC Limited, Shimla) vide Letter No.PF-7/113/13-3016, dated 08/03/2016, vide which they have stated that revised grade pay of Rs. 3800/- is admissible to the Foreman Grade-I and not for grade –II , as per the notification of the Finance department No. Fin(PR)-B(7)-64/2010 dated 27/09/2012 7) I have been appointed against the post of Foreman Class-II not against Foreman grade-I or grade-II and I have never been requested/ demanded for granting/releasing grade pay of Rs 3800/-. The revised pay scale of Foreman grade-II is Rs.3200/- whereas the pay scale of Foreman Class-II was already existing Rs.[deleted] + Rs.3600 (G.P.) prior to the re-revision of pay scale and grade pay. 8) That the post of Foreman in the HPGIC Ltd. is single post who
