My company asked me to resign and they are not paying anything

Hi, I was an employee of a private organization on post of Associate Software Engineer for 2 years. On May 26,2017 my manager and HR told me that they got some flaw in my work and put me on PIP for 2 months. The reasons which they mentioned in form is senseless, I tried to deny the facts but they said its for my good and if I won't do it, They will terminate me. So I signed on PIP. One thing which I would like to comes in light that in this year appraisal cycle I got same rating as my colleagues. Later on last week of July all of my colleagues got appraisal papers but I didn't. I asked to my manager so he said they are reviewing it and told me to wait. Later on Aug 23rd, 2017 my manager told me that we have meeting with HR and we went there. In meeting HR told me that we find your performance inconsistent and haven't seen any improvement. So we already deactivated all of your access and services, you have two choices either you can resign or we will terminate you today itself. I asked the reasons so they put some non sense reasons which none of my colleague is following. I asked to HR about compensation so she said we can't give you anything but if you resign we will provide you full and final settlement and your experience, relieving letter without mentioning about this layoff. I asked for sometime but she said that we can't continue further with you. Now only you have to decide. So I gave a handwritten resignation. Later when I spoke to my manager and colleagues they said that its planned. Just for the sake they put some reasons and ask me to leave. I am asking for compensation from my company but they are saying they won't give anything because its written over there in PIP. As far as I remember none of the clause were written related to compensation. My concern is this Am I eligible for compensation for my notice period. Also what should I do if they deny for it.
