Change of Survey Drawing and Denial of Patta - Tamilnadu

Dear Sir/ Madam, My Father's Aunt property (Residential land) was in Joint patta in Thanjavur District. The other Joint patta holder in the same survey number has sold a portion of his land to a third person. That buyer has applied for Separate patta in Tahsildar office and in the process, by adopting unfair means the survey office has changed the drawing and boundary was wrongly (willfully) drawn in my DAD's Aunt land portion in the Joint Survey land. My father bought the land from his aunt and now taluk office is denying patta in his name because of wrong drawing in the Joint Survey. We complained to Survey office and AD surveyor has accepted the correction and suspended the Survey officer involved in this and recommended the RDO to take action in this complaint. But RDO is not taking action on this.He knows that new buyer has adopted unfair means and went to the extent of destroying the connected revenue records for this purpose. Pls advise what to do next? We need that survey drawing to be corrected to original stage and patta in my father name. My father is already 60 plus and he is meeting the revenue officers daily. But RDO is not cancelling the patta in that buyer name. Can we get any direction from Court to take action against RDO and ask him to proceed as per AD Surveyor Opinion?
