Didn't get salary for three month and resigned

Dear sir,I was working with a company based in Mumbai, and I was posted in Bengaluru, I left the job because I didn't get salary on time ,it was happen since I was joined ,the delay is always 1 to 2 month.example for month of March and April ,I get salary in Jun.In the same time my company owner asked me to come to Mumbai, due to my wife health issue I ask them to take a meeting in a online teamviewer or video chat, but owner denied and ask me to come any how to meet in person and submit the report of my works, which was I already submitted in May also. he mailed me to come and I reply him stating that its not possible for me to come mumbai .I will be available on skype. on 30th Jun he block my official email-id and remove me from online attendance system"Where is my staff",On the same day I tried him to reach by phone but he switched off all his numbers. and in mail he replying that until you come Mumbai and meet me you I will be marked absent. But I continue my work and finish my job (I was deputed at College as a trainer for cloud computing). After completing 1 month I submit my resignation letter on 27th July stating that i have already removed by company on 30th Jun so completing 1 month and resigning from the post. before leaving I send each and every information through mail to all concerns . When I asked my employer for experience and relieving letter and pending salary of three month(MAY,JUN,July 2017) .He replayed me that you have to submit all documents /materials to the Mumbai office than he will think about. I replayed him and asked him what documents/materials he has given to me send me the list or inf.(He didn't given me anything, even my payslips/confirmation letter),he didn't reply . Before that in Month of Jun May when I submit a leave application for 7 days,he replayed me that "Approved ,as there is college is closed so will be on leave till 12 July 2017(May 20 to July 12)and it will be no without paid leave." so irritating .please let me know how I can get my pending salary.
