498a pending over 7 yrs in Bangalore

My estranged spouse in connivance with her father who is a retired police constable file false 498a case against me & my family members in 2011. I was released on bail on the same day & my family members of 7 too after 7 days. Eversince the case is going on and they have adopted delay tactics. To add fuel to the fire...my advocates are delaying the matter even after changing a couple. Her father is playing a big role in this and he influences the PP to delay the matter. My passport is not renewd because of this irritating matter. 1. In this period she has completed 3 yrs PG in medicine 2. I filed divorce in 2014 and her father silently transferred to her native place...which is 65 km's from Bangalore 3. In 498a...4 judges were transferred. But still the matter has not come to trial 4. After continuous pursuit & insisting judge to call her for evidence...she came one day ( just 6 months back) and gave her evidence. In the end she concluded that some more evidence is pending. Court has considered her request and adjourning the matter 5. Last year my advocate took some money from me to move the file in high court to get an order to set time frame for the case. Till now he has done nothing. He is giving excuses that there is no competent judge in karnataka high court & shortage of judges 6. At this stage after close to 7 yrs of separation...her father filed 329 application to include all my family members into the case and reinvestigate 7. In divorce case my cross examination got over. Her evidence is pending. As usual she is absent and deliberately absent. 8. In all the matters only her father comes to the court. She came only 2 times to the court in the last 7 years Please advise me how to go about it. This has become a roadblock to my career and life. No advocate is goving right direction.
