IT firm hired me and terminated without salary without document
Small scale it firm hired me before month and terminated before the 1-2 days of salary by saying that your performance is poor and then i asked for one month salary they told me we will not paying you as your poor performerer.They hired me as exp professional and still put me in one month training ie not any written or loyal training it was just study and took my oral exam i was fail only one exam after that other exam result i didinot get and i was unware weather i was passing or failing one day ie the day before salaried ,the induction person came and told me you were not feet for project we will not work together.then i asked for salary then they told me in our academia {companyinternal project management portal}we already mentioned the same thing.
In their offer letter they mentioned if employee leave the company within 2 years we punished 75000 rs legally as companies loss and other point they also mentioned we will terminate employee without any notice and pay means how crucial these policies is it valid policy?
i want to know on private sector is their any laws to take action about thier policies and all
