FNF settlement - 90 Days

Hello, I was working with a MNC Crown worldwide as a Sales Manager for 2 and half months and I resigned with mutual consent as I was not happy with the Job environment and they wanted results without giving adequate training and visiting cards were given to me after 2 months. I resigned on 11th May 2017 with immediate effect and handed over all the company property back to the HR post which I was waiting for my FNF until I inquired on 30th May 2017 when HR told me to fill Exit forms. I immediately completed the Exit procedure and submitted the form on 1st June 2017 and the HR accepted it ensuring settlement within 45 days to which I requested 30 days as we lost time when she did not guide me through the Exit procedure to which she did not commit but said she will try. I have been patient and started following up since mid July for my full and final money to which I have received vague replies of them being busy, payment under approval or some discrepancy in fuel reimbursement claims to which I requested if they could either Pay the salary and settle the claims later or just deduct some money and pay the rest where they find discrepancy as it will be a nominal amount to which she did not agree. I was informed it will be settled in August pay-cycle and all my dues will be cleared but they have failed again and I have been sending timely e-mails which are going unanswered totally and even my messages are being read but not replied too. I took the help of Twitter later where their social media team has not done a lot and given me some Risk officers e-mail ID who has not come back with a resolution for 4 - 6 days now which is really testing my patience & I am furious to take action against this company as I don't want anyone else to face the same problem in future. I have decided to file a Police complaint under IPC 416 and IPC 420 against Crown Worldwide Group, this is not about Money but about work Ethics. Please suggest if I am moving in the correct direction ?
