Mortgage Deed
Dear Sir First I entered in to Rent Agreement for my office purpose in the month of June 2011 Adv 3lakh and 20000 rent
Till January 2012 i paid the rent Regularly, in the month of january Owner Has told me to get in to the Mortgage Deed, then he took 4lakh In the Month Of Feb 25th 2012, for Eight Lakh Rupees for Mortgage, remaining he told when we enter in to agreement he is going to take bal on that day
Owner cal me in the month of March to send paper to make an agreement
so i purchased the Paper and send
Owner has send the documents though courier with Signature Different,
when i cal and ask he told it is mine signature only.so i keep quiet, but in the month of September 4th 2012 he deducted the Rent of 1,67500/- and he deposited the bal to my account, i got shock and ask about it, but owner said i dont want the Mortgage deed and u continue with the Rent, then i consult one of lawyer and he send the Legal Notice to him but he didnt reply for that after few days he mail me regarding this issue.
then the lawyer has suggest to register a case in court, the court went for 5 years and now judgement came against me
saying that i have to pay the Rent till date
please suggest me sit what have to do im in total depressed
please give me valid suggestion
