Kindly Guide me Please!!
My Grand father had three sons. He planned to purchase a land in the name of My grand mother, so my father gave some amount of money for financial help as well, they purchased and constructed house and he died in 1981.
Later My Uncle (the second son) became too close to my grandmother and they asked my father to leave the home, I was 6 months, my parents left the home and we lived separately a kilometer away. but we were in contact and socially connected. but two of my uncles were living in the same house.
when i my grand mother died due to prolong illness, my father asked the Elder Uncle for the share and other formalities. but he denied and said what is the need.. everything is Ours(all three brothers). but my father forcefully asked to divide in three part. he said okay i'll do the needful.
then he tried to cutoff... all the contact from us. but we stilled keep on asking how's everything and all. Suddenly one day they told us that they are shifting to another plot of our family.. my father again allowed without asking.
then after few months we heard he sold a part of property.. then my father asked about the matter?
he said... i am doing something betterment for all three families. he again fooled my father's emotions. but my father inquired about the legal status of his role in property. then few months ago we got to know that all the properties are now tranferred in the Name of My Uncle. (Earlier my grandmother) and it was done right after my grandmother's death in 1996.
So my Question is;
Is it possible that one of three sons can Acquire all the land and properties of Parents/Mother without taking consent of other two brothers?
Can he sell the Property too? as he sold many.
and Is there any rule so that other two could get the fair share in that property?
