Maintenance charges

Dear Sir/Madam, I have got possession in Jan-17 for my flat, while purchasing flat I have paid 2 years maintenance charges for my flat, Now builder have handed over society in June-17 (As his tenure for 2 year to maintain society over which was from June-15 to May-17) with a sheet showing balance of maintenance Amount or Amount payable by each flat as on 01.06.2017 as actual expenses(3.28/Sq.feet per month) were at higher side than already collected(2.5/Sq.feet per month) maintenance charges, which shows my balance & other many are dues payable as on 01.06.2017 in sheet but Society is asking to pay maintenance charges to All from June-17 even as per sheet I am not payable. Society members gives reason that All amount collected by builder in 2 year have been consumed by builder in 2 year So All have to pay society to run society. One important point is Dues Amount Payable by flat owners who are payable as on 01.06.2017 is equal to Amount in balance of flat owners who are not payable & they don't want to collect Dues.
