Property Demolished in hampi area

Dear Sir i need a suggestion for you i have a property in Sanapur which comes under Hampi world heritage area but in buffer zone i am running my hotel business here with rooms and restaurant by taking a proper permission from the concerned authority i.e (HWHAMA) Issued a NOC in 2006 to concerned gramapanchyat to that N.O.C is issued so gramapanchyat can serve a licence to run the business and we are paying upto date taxes until march 2017, but in 16 dec 2016 they issued a notice that my property is illegal they asked us to produce the documents what we have permission to run the business we have given a proper answer with all legal doc.. along with it on 19/12/2016 , after a laps of 6 months time they have given a endrosement copy & intimation copy both at a time on 22/06/2017 late eve 19:35 1.ENDROSSMENT LETTER: They described that the answer which we produced on 19/12/2016 that they have rejected with out writing the proper reasons 2. INTIMATION LETTER : In this letter according to the HC order WP29843/2009 all illegal constructions and activies in hampi world heritage site has to remove according to order so we demolition will takes place on 23/06/2017 at 7:00 . They have gave us only 12hrs time in the notice ,but on 23/06/2017 they haven't came for demolition on 24/06/2017 they came and demolish the property , before demolition on 23/06/2017 i went to the concerned office i have given a intimation letter that according to the WP29843/2009 my property is not illegal i described everything and produced all doc once again and requesting them (they have contempt on HC i.e CCC126/2017 in Bangalore bench ) in this case we will go for impleading on it to prove our property is not illegal if in the contempt my property shown as illegal please give me a proper time and remove , but they didn't consider that and removed . in this same case they issued a notice to the people who are staying in hampi which comes under core zone in that notice they gave 15 days of time but in my notice they gave only 12hrs of time which comes under buffer zone . Now my Questions is . 1. Does any authority have right to demolish the property if the construction is there in own land? 2. Does any section says that issue the notice at night and demolish the property? 3. Do i get any compensation on it ? 4. Do i have a power to file F.I.R against the authority ? 5. what elase i can do now? please help me ...1
