Dividing 12 cent Property

After my mother's death my Father and Sister signed a legal Stamp paper document in front of Sub-Registrar without any force or pressure that they are agreed to transfer on my name (Son) the Authority to look after the property or Sale and property tax is also paid on my name(Son). Now below are the questions: 1) Sister gave a complaint to local police station that i am not giving her share even though she knows i will be giving her share. She wants half of the property share and rest half to me or my father. Is this possible to divide in two when father is alive. Shouldn't my father have an equal share which i think to be given to my father? 2) How long the given complaint to local police station will last if she give a stay Order? 3) My sister took 7 lakhs from me and not returning. She says she will return this amount only if the property is divided in Two equal parts. What should i do legally? 4) If property is sold to third party then does My Sister have authority to put a stay order after sale of property? 5) If the property is sold and registered to third party for 10 lakhs and if i agree to my sister to pay half of this selling property amount then do i have to give some more money apart from 5 lakhs? 6) After paying 5 lakhs does my sister have authority to demand more sum of amount legally?
