Cheque bounse and 420 case

Hi, This is regarding the cheque bounce and cheating case. issue is as follow: 1. I have did aggreiment to buy a plot in Ranchi, Jharkhand but after giving completed money of land value (app 12 lakes) the land owner was not ready for registration, and he was delaying. 2. After 4-5 month I have asked to return back my money 3. he has given three cheque of 11.8 lakes and all three cheque get bounce 4 with help of local lower I have send notice for cheque bounce in April 2017 within 10 days of cheque get bounce to the seller(land owner). 5. He has not responded to any of the notice. 6. Then we have file case of 420 and cheque bounce in civil court Lohardaga, jharkhand as the cheque was bonse in Lohardaga bank which is my native as well, 7. In first date we gave the statement to the judge along with all papers(in first week of may) 8. In second date (first week of June) Judge was in leave, so nothing happen and we got new date, 9. In third date Judge told, he has listen the case so just show the original in next date as he has not seen the original document in first date(in July), 10. fourth date my lower did not went to the court(in last week of July) 11. fifth date (21-Aug-2017) Judge told I can't see this case today as I am too busy. -- the way things are going I am not at all satisfied. Please suggest what I should do so that I can get the justice.
