Termination without paying final settlement and compensation

I don't know what to write,but last one year I lost my job .My office terminate me without any reason and not even clear my outstanding salary or compensate .They transfer me in pune and due to my family problem I am not able to move there. So, they ask me to leave on oc5,2017. I am surrender all my credential when I left organisation,and collect my releving letter.I have my appointment letter,confirmation letter. I am already lodge my complain to labour tribunal of West Bengal new secretariat building,11th floor on Nov 2,2016.After not getting any reply from there I lodge same complain at kakurgachi labour commissioner on june, who look after matter of salt lake area. I am already write to cm of west bengal,labour minister ,secretariat with related department as well as different departments of Govt. of India to help me . I am not financially strong to fight case in civil court.Labour commissioner of kakurgachi office fix my discussion with management on 13 june,2017. My management only ready to give last month outstanding salary and basic pay of one month. I request for last month due salary and three months’ salary in lieu of notice,which mention in my appointment letter, but they deny that. Later on they false alleged that I cannot perform ,if they think show than why not they give any notice for my underperformance. As I have not financially strong to fight case in court, I am very much thankful if you help me in this regard. If my Govt. Provide any advocate to fight my case because I am not able to bear legal expenses charge. My source of income block from last one year.
