Not received relieving letter from the company

My name is Girish kumar, i have worked in small IT company with 30 employees. I worked 4 months, i.e. 07th March 2016 to 04th July 2016. Company had given me a cheque of 125000/- in the month of May 2016. Company owner called on the 07th July 2016 for settlement. Company asked me to give back the cheque. But i didn't returned. I promised that i will return after salary credit. Company didn't issued me relieving letter. i waited for 2 months and i produced the cheque and it got bounced. I filed cheque bounce case against owner on August 2016. Till now company owner is not issued relieving letter. The case was settled in lok adalat on 03.07.2017 Order: The joint memo filed by the parties is hereby accepted. Case is disposed off in terms of the joint memo. The accused shall pay a sum of Rs. 80,000/- to the complainant as per the terms of the joint memo and also issue relieving letter and pay slip to the complainant as stated in the joint memo. If the accused fails to comply with the terms of joint memo the complainant at liberty to take appropriate legal action in accordance with law.In view of the settlement reached accused is acquitted for the offence punishable U/s 138 of N.I. Act. Bail bond of the accused shall stands cancelled. The CS deposited by the accused is ordered to be refunded in his favour in accordance with law. File be closed. My Question: 1. As per order company as given me DD of Rs 80,000/- and he is not giving relieving letter and pay slips. Company owner is harssing and threatening me that i have went to court for settlement. What is next steps to get valid releving letter and pay slips from the company? 2. I am not able to apply for new job. Please help.
