Property owned by me but my father is there as a joint holder

1) I have a villa that was purchased by me in 2009 at Lucknow, I had taken loan for same on my name and that has been paid solely by me. I have all bank transactions to prove that. As I am unmarried, I got this villa registered in my name and my father as joint holder. Since I got possession of this villa in 2009, I have been managing and maintaining it. My father expired in 2016, my mother already passed away before him, I have an elder brother, now my brother is claiming his right on the villa. Can he do so, is there any way to stop him. 2) My father got 2 flats booked in Noida, but my brother very cleverly got his name added as a joint holder in both. One flat is registered in my fathers name with his name as joint holder, other flat is booked in my mothers name with his name as joint holder. All the money for the flat is paid by my father. I have all the bank transaction details to prove it. The flats are still under construction and the possession is not yet given. Is there any way to stop him from getting the possession of these flats.
