Dear Sir/Madam I have ported my mobile number from airtel to vodafone and my number got activated on 08 aug 17. On 09 aug 17 out going facility in my number got barred due to verification not completed in my number. I have raised request for verification on 11 aug 17 and informed them that entry to my house is restricted so whoever is coming for verification they have to call me when they reach in my gate. But verification team not called me when they came for verification and they denied in my gate by security and my verification become failed. I again raised request for verification on 16 Aug 17 and already mentioned in my complaint that you have to call me when u coming for verification. Again they have not called me in my number and again my verification got failed. On 18 Aug 17 both incoming and out going facility in my number got barred. Now I am not able to make any calls and receive any calls/SMS. I am using this number since long year back and this number is linked to all my transactions likes banks,credit cards, social media and etc. Now due to this I am not able to do any transactions on my bank/credit cards etc. So as I mentioned above what can I do against vodafone ? can I go for consumer court ? if yes then how?where I have to approach? thanks in advance regards mahesh
