Employment harassment

Dear sir I am shiddalingesh savadatti, currently working in IDFC bank as manger in davangere city. Earlier I was working in DCB bank, davangere city as operation manager. The matter is, the DCB bank HR Allein giving nagative feed back regarding my working, as I worked honestly and stopped many false expense bills of branch manager, Brijesh and his team. Later i come to know that all are mingle in false billing case including cluster head of the region. So they trapped me in Password sharing case and forced to resign and also the casher Neelima without any notice or memo. Neelima got positive reply from HR for her new employment and I got negative even after my kind request. the DCB Bangalore zone HR Allein team making herasment by giving nagative feed back even though knowing that I not did any mistake, to my current employer IDFC BANK. And now I am in position of loose the current job. My only appeal is to how to take Justice from such an herrasment and mental torcher. After my resign from dcb bank my other subordinates who supports me were also forced to resign. Sir, my only request is to find me justice in this case , which you only can do.
