Rights to PAA Compensation Amount

This matter pertains to a residential premises in a Co-Operative Housing Society getting in to re-development under Sec 33(7). The property is in the name of multiple co-owners. One of the co-owner Mr. A is currently staying in the concerned resident premises. All other co-owners reside separately in their own self purchased flats. The concerned CHS that is a multi owned property is going for re-development. The Developer is proposing a PAA wherein he is signing the agreement with all co-owners, but is saying that he shall pay the monthly compensation and the complete corpus amount only to the current resident Mr. A. The opinion of the co-owners is that since they hold their own proportionate rights on the premises, the monthly compensation should be proportionately distributed among all the co-owners and not given out as a complete amount to Mr. A only. Different lawyers approached have been voicing different views, some aligned with Developer's view, while others aligned to the co-owners' view. An appropriate opinion that is backed with facts, case laws and / or past precedence is not getting established. Any help / suggestion from this forum shall be of good help.
